Recent passions

So as you well know, my favorite writer, producer, actor/ress Tyler Perry has a new movie that hit theatres on V-day callled Daddy's Little Girls! Loved It! Ultimately, passionately loved it with all my Madea loving heart! (^_^) The music moved me, although the movie did move a lil fast with the falling in love and putting all one's heart into a relationship these days; but hey who's getting younger these days right, better rush your ass into Love? I also found a new passion due to the lead actor of Tyler's movie! Idris Elba!!! There is something about the look in his eyes that reads more than a chapter, that shows desire and realness....I was more than taken back by him!The only downfall to the movie was no small, not one, nothing what-so-ever appearance of my fav ol' lady Madea! i was hoping, sitting patiently, looking foward to Madea to make a small heller' on the screen with her purse, her big ol' purple dress looking like barney! but noooooooooooooooooo!!! Look Tyler, dont let go of Madea, she's the cherry on the sundea, the amen to my prayers, and the lolli-to my pop...i think i may send a message board on his page!

Now my undying passion for Tyler Perry lead me to MR. Elba as I mentioned earlier.....a new passion. Now as my relaxing winter break has allowed me to watch in its entirety these past few days.....my newly acquired passion is HBO's The Wire!!! Enjoying it! I have one episode left of season one til I begin season two! Go head' and get up on The Wire if you got Netflx! It's supposedly based on a true story of Baltimore's rugged, drug infested city looking into both sides of the police and the dealers. Good stuff

I got some great pictures but my internet connect is somewhat slow, so when I have patience built up to upload the pics you will see Lake Calhoun, a snowman, smiles, the Mpls Art Institute lit up at night!

I wished I had my running gear with me! Who knew it would be a sunny 42 out today, 40 yesterday.....grrr..that I could be running the great Lake's of Minneapolis! Soo sunny that even my knockoff Chanel's are sitting in my truck back in Jersey...that my eyes watered up a tad cruising on 94 West back to Brooklyn Center....

With that the last episode of The Wire's season one is calling me an my labtop! (^_^)
